2 cups spinach and kale (I keep mine in freezer so I have it on hand whenever I want it)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 banana
1/2 orange
1 cup coconut water
1 container Greek Yogurt, toasted coconut vanilla (Dannon Light & Fit)
1 tsp honey
Mix in blender and Enjoy.
Makes 2 large or 3-4 small smoothies.
